Refund and Returns Policy
The Custom Clear Bangladesh
We supply products directly from factories in China to Bangladesh and other countries at wholesale prices. Customer satisfaction is very important to us; therefore, the following Return and Refund Policy applies.
1. Cases Where Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns only in the following situations:

Product arrives in a damaged condition

Wrong item is delivered

Delivered quantity is less than the ordered quantity

Factory/manufacturing defect
Returns are not generally accepted due to personal preference changes, slight differences in color or design, or reasons such as “didn’t like it.”
2. Return Timeframe

For deliveries within Bangladesh: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

For deliveries to other countries: You must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the product.
No return or claim will be accepted after this timeframe.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused

Original packaging, tags, labels, and branding must be intact

Invoice/parcel slip/order number must be provided

Clear photos and videos of the damage or wrong item must be sent (preferably including an unboxing video)
If the product is found to be used, intentionally damaged, or returned without meeting the above conditions, we are not obligated to provide a return or refund.
4. Return Process

Send your order number, description of the issue, and relevant photos/videos

Our team will review the request within 24–72 hours and inform you whether the return is approved

If approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions
5. Return Shipping Cost

If the issue occurred due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, or short quantity), we will bear the return shipping cost or adjust it with the next order.

If the return is due to customer error or unwanted reasons and we allow it as a special case, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
6. Refund Policy
After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection:

Bank transfer / Mobile banking / Card payments: Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 working days

Where direct refunds are not possible, store credit or adjustment with the next order may be offered
Generally:

Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our mistake.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable (or returnable only under special conditions):

Special order / customized products

Clearance or discounted sale items (if mentioned in advance as “Non-Returnable”)

Undergarments, cosmetics, food items, or hygiene-related products
8. International Shipments & Customs
For shipments from China to Bangladesh and other countries:

Customs clearance, local taxes, import regulations, delays, or additional charges are generally the buyer’s responsibility

If a product is held by customs or additional charges apply, return/refund eligibility will be decided on a case-by-case basis
9. Legal Compliance
This Return & Refund Policy has been prepared in accordance with Bangladeshi law and international trade practices. In case of any legal interpretation or dispute, Bangladeshi law shall prevail.
10. Right to Modify Policy
The Custom Clear Bangladesh reserves the right to change or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective from the date it is published on our website.
