The Custom Clear Bangladesh

We supply products directly from factories in China to Bangladesh and other countries at wholesale prices. Below are the details of our payment and shipping policies.

1. Payment Information

Payment Gateway Used

We use a Bangladesh-registered payment gateway, EPS (Easy Payment System)

Through EPS, you can securely make payments using various supported methods (such as bank cards, mobile banking, etc., as supported by EPS).

Payment Method

• Advance payment may be required for all orders according to our specified terms.

• Order confirmation, invoice, and payment links are sent via mobile, email, or online platforms.

• Once payment is successfully completed, we confirm the payment and begin processing the order.

Payment Security

• All payment processing is handled entirely through the EPS system; we do not store your full bank or card details.

• Transaction security and encryption are managed by EPS and the services they use.

2. Shipping Information

We ship products from China to Bangladesh and other countries via both Air Cargo and Sea Cargo.

A) Shipping to Bangladesh

Air Shipping

• Estimated delivery time:
  Products usually arrive in Bangladesh within a maximum of 15 working days (excluding customs or other delays).

• This method is generally used for urgent or faster deliveries.

Sea Shipping

• Estimated delivery time:
  Products usually arrive within 35 to 40 working days (excluding customs or other delays).

• This option is commonly used for larger quantities or non-urgent shipments.

Note: The above delivery times are estimates under normal conditions. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, port congestion, transportation issues, natural disasters, government holidays, or other factors beyond our direct control.

B) Shipping to Other Countries (International Shipping)

• We also ship products from China to various countries worldwide.

• Estimated delivery time:
  We aim to deliver products within approximately 15 to 20 working days, depending on the destination country, customs processes, and local courier services.

For each country:

• Shipping time and cost may vary due to customs rules, import regulations, taxes, and duties.

• We provide estimated shipping time and cost before confirming the order.

3. Customs, Taxes & Additional Charges

• Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import-related additional charges in Bangladesh and other countries are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If goods are held by customs or additional charges are imposed under a country’s laws or customs policies, such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Shipment Updates & Tracking

After dispatch, we will provide—where possible:

• Courier/cargo tracking numbers, or

• Shipment status updates

These updates are shared via mobile, email, or online communication channels.

Real-time tracking may not be available for all routes, but we make our best effort to keep customers informed about shipment progress.

5. Shipping Delays & Limitation of Liability

• Delays may occur due to customs clearance, port congestion, flight/vessel delays, natural disasters, political situations, government holidays, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

• For such unavoidable delays, The Custom Clear Bangladesh bears limited liability and can only provide cooperative support (such as follow-ups and shipment updates).
